What time will I start speaking? Speakers usually start presenting at 8 am. Do you have any AV equipment available? We have an overhead projector and screen available. Arrangements for other equipment can be made if we are notified in advance. What is the size of the audience? We usually have between 15 and 25 members and visitors/guests attending the meeting. What is the average age of the audience? Average age is about 48 years. How long can I speak for? The speaker usually has about 20 minutes-15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Do I pay for my breakfast, and how much does it cost? The club pays for breakfast for one speaker. The meeting cost for an additional speaker will be $15 and includes breakfast.
